Good news from the Supreme Court
On the 7th of August the request of Greenpeace to suspend the Nature Protection Act permits of the provinces Zeeland and Zuid-Holland has been rejected by the president of the Supreme Court (Raad van State). This means that the building activities of MPP3 can be continuated as planned.
On the 12th of August there was a hearing at the province of Zeeland related to this same permit.
Two days later there was a hearing in Rotterdam. This is related to the procedure against the zoning plan and the building permit.
